Early on
I have always been fascinated by learning and development but in my early career I had customer service roles in banking and leisure industries.
I worked my way up into many different operational and HR-related management roles always with a keen interest in developing people.
Current
My lightbulb moment came after I’d delivered a training workshop as a manager. I decided to move into a full-time training role and have worked in the L&D team in many sectors from local government to hospitality.
More recently, I worked as a director and facilitator of a leadership development consultancy.
